Blueberries love heat...

We have grown blueberries for a few years. We had 6 plants in the upper garden and 5 in the lower. Last season the blueberries in the lower didn't ripen, not enough sun. I decided to move them to the upper garden.

Two bags of peat moss. Blueberries love peat.

  1. Ohhh...I am jealous of all of your blueberries! I'm afraid the squirrels would eat them all here. Your rhodies are beautiful!

  2. Love me some good blueberries, for breakfast on my cereal, in the pancakes, in a pie....or maybe some blueberry wine. ;-)
Sounds like you had a big job moving those bushes, but I know you'll be glad when they start producing.

  3. I'm glad I'm not the only one who moved around plants looking for the best yields. Thanks for sharing your process!
