Valor has a new home...

This is my new to me Kerosene heater I can only imagine it's History I am thinking the 2nd world war it stands 24 inches

The screen has a red lens some details, Stella Ruby and a couple of fence pieces

Around the yard the Prowler Owl is working out flowers and fruit what more could one want
My neighbor knows I have a love of old, round, rusty, metal, tools of the past, what I call Yard Art...
I have been doing a lot of mulching and yard clean up had a run in with mud wasps next post. Everyone have a great day!

  1. Good Afternoon Rob, Well I never, I have not seen a Kerosene Heater like this since I was a child. My Gramps used to use one to heat up his greenhouse in the winter. I am surprised the plants survived as the smell of the kerosene was not very nice. It is much nicer as a garden ornament.
Your clematis is beautiful, draped over your fence.
I was wondering what is the name of your berries, as they look very large and gorgeous. At first I thought they were raspberries, but they seem too large, or maybe you have bumper sized raspberries in your part of the world.
    Have a lovely weekend.
    Best Wishes

I am SO wondering why YOUR 'junk' looks so interesting and neat and Louis Dean's JUNK looks like it belongs to Sanford and Son??
