English Round Oak Table change up...

This Table will be a nice change but will take some getting used to, love the details. A Crab shell taken while checking the sea weed, the top and extensions are removed and table is ready to move.

Working at the back of the yard the Oak tree is planted in our Memorial Garden. The Owl is hanging in the shed may come out for Halloween. Mowing the leaves nice bit will be mulching the Rhodo's winter is coming, the fawn is hanging out very tame.

Birds eye view taken while cleaning the roof and gutters a lot of seed this year, The Cedar has been eaten by the carpenter ants made good kindling.

Taz and doing a little finessing of the protective A frame

Our First Frost
I bought this table from my English land lady Rita a few years ago and we have never used it. Yesterday a friend gave me a hand bringing it down and taking the other table up. We gave the tables a good wipe with water and a little basic H that did the job nicely.

Take some time for yourself maybe get a little fresh air hang with mother nature!

  7. Basic H! I need some of that stuff. The table looks beautiful. I have a round oak table in my attic, too. I loved it for many years, but it's not doing anyone any good up there.

I love the grain of the wood in the oak table.
    What is "H"?
Lovely seeing a young oak in the mosaic below - great to think that it will be a huge tree in 200+ years.

  12. Lots of texture in your Island garden. Love the round oak table - it reminds me of one my in-laws used to have that's now in my sister-in-law's house.
