Some Billy Miner history from Wikipedia
I like walking and usually take my camera. Down the hill from my Dad's, beside the Fraser River and the Train Station is an original settlement building. It is currently called the Billy Miner Pub and although it is totally up to code on the inside, the exterior retains the flavour of the past. It is a part of 'Old Haney' the original settlement for the river traffic in this area.
The stained glass sign is not original to the building.
The door is original to the building.
Bit blurry 'town sights' poster.
Old pubs are the best! I bet it's a fun place to sit and sip a pint.
