Too often heard are horror stories about the state of health care. It seems many people have given up on taking responsibility for for their Health and Wellness. The old saying "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" has more meaning as we grow older. One thing I suggest is creating a dream board on the top your dreams and goals drawing a path from the bottom write all your success behaviours that will get you there.
Personally I want Health, Wealth and Happiness. I read self improvement books, listen to CD's, take the best supplements and work in network marketing. I subscribe to "Networking Times" a real resource.

That is so true! On our news this morning they had a woman in her 50s who had smoked and has lung cancer. She says she stops young girls who are smoking and begs them to stop. They look at her as if she's a crazy woman! We only have a gift of one life and should be careful with that gift! The old book looks as if it should be full of wisdom. Joan
