Walk the Talk...

Walk the Talk is something I have heard a lot in the last few years. I try to be consistent in what I say or do and expect others to do the same. I can read most people by what they say and do, however it isn't always the case.

One of two LNG plants slated for the Kitimat area.

In the beginning  and now.

Only the foundation remains, Mother Nature takes over, an apple tree in bloom.

Morning sky, an iron bracket from the ruins and a minnow in a creek along the way

I picked the book up at the Kitimat library for 2 dollars, got me thinking, weight loss products for a healthy me.

This picture of me makes me want a redo.

A water fall near camp, a shot from above, from a distance and close up I need to get in better shape for getting around
