Wagon back from the brink...

My wagon was featured on CapCreations this week.
Nice surprise, thanks.
~~~~~~
New favorite garden accessory/decoration. A bent wheel base worn out old wagon.
A couple of Saturdays ago I found this homemade wagon, it needed some major tweaking and was a lesson in perseverance, if one way doesn't work try another...
Here it is with its steering seized up and the handle broken. After a couple of sessions of trying this and that, once the little anvil came into play, it came apart. With a little care it was as good as new with some grease and oops rust paint.
All painted and good to go used three coats of oops.
Other photos - the pile cap Seagull and this bright pink/yellow rose, taken at the Fort Langley Rowing Club.
Playing around, bought the Belgium Mums at Costco and used a neighbour's planter for another shot. Mr. Pickwick and Mickey in a rustic planter and the teacup is Royal Albert "Silver Birch". Kangen Water Machine, solid brass towel bar, a glazing hammer, a carving from a Brew Pub in Mission. Mt. Baker from the Canadian side and last loaded with Kangen water and oops paint for when I go home.
Kangen water is turned from acetic to alkaline it is a Japanese Invention disease doesn't flourish in alkaline conditions. What's your ph?  If one looks on the bright side, It's sure to be the right side.
  10. I enjoyed this post. The wagon reminded me of one that I had in the past. My husband made it into a wheelbarrow of sorts...I planted it each year with trailing flowers. It was always so pretty. It was so heavy that I had to leave it, when I moved. I wonder if they use it today?
