Frosty on Fearon Road...

Clear and cold these last few days, it is uplifting to soak up those sun rays. The weather in North America has been unusual. This Winter we have had very little moisture even the local ski hill hasn't enough snow to stay open, after last winter's record snow pack. This is sad for so many counting on employment. Living in a Rain Forest droughts are unusual to say the least.

This is what I am Missing.

A friend gave me this old sign yesterday. I have lived on Fearon since 1980 This subdivision was done in 1967. Thanks Eric! A New Moon rising.

Taz on the old buffet turned Vanity. Oh so frosty Rhodo's. Temporary burn barrel fix, looking for a better one.

Temporary Tarp Fence, stocking up the firewood and seaweed roots

Thanks for visiting.

  2. It's pretty special to get your street name from someone! May I ask why seaweed roots are important?

  8. Won't be long before you will be seeing your beautiful flowers again. I was also wondering what sea weeds do for the soil.
Thanks for stopping by Timeless Treasures with a nice comment.

  12. we have had plenty of snow here!!! lol...it has been SO COLD this winter...I don't remember it being so cold for so long in ages. Then there is the 5 or so times it RAINED when it was cold. I hate it. The roads were like skating rinks....not good at all.
I am waiting impatiently for spring to finally come...and hoping that by then I will have some extra time in each day to play outside in the yard.
Thanks for linking in this week...and last week...etc...I appreciate all of your kind comments and the support for my little party!

  14. It has been unusual weather this year, everywhere.

We had neighbors named Fearon near Atlanta back in the 1960s. Mr. Fearon was from New York.

  15. Hey Rob, I'm loving that street sign, that's cool. I'm guessing the seaweed roots are for composting? That's really a shame about the ski resort, hope things turn around. Thank you for sharing this at my History & Home link party this week, take care - Dawn @ We Call It Junkin.com
